Pauwilo Look: 7pm-12am

Best part of my job: Falling in love with the music, every night! I loved this music when it was new and every time I hear it again, it brings back great memories. I’m lovin’ the new grooves too; always working on creating new snapshots of love moments in my life. BTW, the air conditioning in the studio rocks, along with the awesome view of the Honolulu skyline!

Favorite ice-cream flavor: I am a non-denominational ice cream lover – I love ice cream, sherbet, gelato. It just depends on the time and day – vanilla bean, orange sherbet, green tea, haupia, kona coffee, and once in a while, my childhood favorite – mint chocolate chip.

Favorite movie: Anything with Sean Connery; he can do no wrong. The Natural, Rocky Balboa, and kung fu movies with subtitles.

Proudest of: Making it this far in life and I’m still in one piece. Wait! Let me count my toes…1,2,3……

Childhood ambition: Attorney or interior designer. If only, I had foresight regarding reality programming on Bravo TV.

One of my first jobs: Ah, next stop Zippy’s! I said I didn’t want to work at McD’s like all my high school peeps, so I applied at Zippy’s Waimalu. Didn’t matter, though, as I ended up at McDonald’s three years later as an assistant manager. Go figure!

I appreciate most: Class! I am attracted to individuals who respect themselves and those around them. Being classy never goes out of style, and you’re never fully dressed without it!

Personal challenge: Waking up early. Hello…that’s why I work in the evenings. And you thought it was because I just dig sunsets and city lights, silly.

Wildest dream: Am I allowed to print that here?! I want a Winnebago motor home (Class A, of course) so I can spend a year driving across the U.S. and Europe. Now get your mind out of the gutter.

I could live the rest of my life without: Traffic! I used to work in L.A, and could drive from Los Alamitos to San Diego (about 90 miles one way) in roughly 90 minutes. Instead, it takes an hour to drive from Waipahu to downtown Honolulu (15 miles). Who do I talk to about getting a transporter room installed at my house?
